I had a mixed experience at The Trafalgar St. James. While the location is absolutely unbeatable, right at Trafalgar Square, the service left quite a bit to be desired. I especially enjoyed the rooftop bar, which offered stunning views and lovely staff, yet the reception and breakfast service were disappointing. The room itself was beautiful and comfortable, but the overall service quality tarnished my stay a bit. 🌟😕

My stay at The Trafalgar St. James had its ups and downs. The location is fantastic, right across from Trafalgar Square, making exploring so easy, and the rooms were spacious and modern. However, the service from the concierge staff was disappointing, which put a damper on my overall experience. I loved the breakfast on the rooftop, but the dining experience varied quite a bit.
